HOTEL 22 (H22) is situated approx. 900 metres from the entrance at the chase and grange holiday centre. This site has an onsite clubhouse/restaurant which serves very good meals and offers evening and daytime entertainment for young and old alike. There is a soft play area inside and a play park outside and the site has a launderette and convenience store.
Our 6 birth static caravans are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. These spacious caravans feature two bedrooms, accommodating up to six people. Equipped with modern amenities and luxurious furnishings, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and private bathroom facilities. Step outside onto the decking area and soak up the stunning views of Lincolnshire’s picturesque landscape.
APARTMENT 4 (A4) is situated approx. 400 metres from the entrance to waterside leisure park, this site has an onsite fishing lake with bar and restaurant. There is an onsite office with key collection and drop off. Approx. 500 metres from the apartment you will find Woody’s bar and restaurant and the apartment is within close proximity to all the same attractions and amenities as H22. The proximity of both vans to each other makes them ideal for 2 families who would like to have a holiday together but need their separate space too. Both vans and sites are on Anchor Lane Ingoldmells which is easily accessible by public transport. Bus stops are situated directly outside the gates of both parks.
If you’re traveling with a larger group or extended family, our 8 birth static caravan is the perfect choice. With three bedrooms, these caravans offer ample space for up to eight people. Enjoy the same level of comfort and luxury as our 6 birth caravan, with the added benefit of additional sleeping arrangements. Spend quality time together in the spacious living area or unwind on the outdoor decking area, taking in the tranquil surroundings.

This is a fantastic charity manned solely by volunteers, to provide beach accessible wheelchairs for people young and old. We pride ourselves on making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, from booking through to leaving. Both vans are professionally cleaned at the end of each stay. We do accept pets with prior acceptance from Cliffy and Carole’s luxury vans alongside the guest’s acceptance of the added terms and conditions. All bedlinen and towels are provided for duration of your stay and all will be freshly laundered for your comfort. Each van is equipped with free unlimited Wi-Fi, large screen smart TVs, washing machines and fridge freezers. Plus, all the comforts of home. Outside furniture is on verandas.
